We are pleased to announce that applications are open for FEMS Early-Career Scientist (ECS) Meeting Grants from the Federation of European Microbiological Societies (FEMS). There will be a limited number of FEMS ECS grants to cover the early registration fee, pending final approval by FEMS of support for ECFG14.
Eligibility: The applicant must be an active microbiologist and obtained his/her highest academic degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) less than five years prior to the application deadline date, or be a PhD student, be a member of a FEMS Member Society, and be a presenting author of the abstract.
Applications will be considered only if the applicant has submitted an abstract and completed the registration form, by NOVEMBER 13, 2017, the extended abstracts submission and early registration deadline. Please make sure to also mark your intention to apply in the appropriate field in the Abstract Submission Form and insert the FEMS Membership Society to which you subscribe.
