Note: The on-line registration form will close on February 20 (midnight-local time), 2018. After that date, registration will be available on-site.

Payment Method   

  • Credit card: Visa/Diners, Master Card/Isracard, American Express
    Charges will be made by Diesenhaus-Unitours Incoming Tourism (1998) Ltd.
    Please note: Charges will be made periodically from October 2017 onwards and not automatically upon submission of the Registration & Accommodation Form.

          Payments by bank transfer should be made until February 4, 2018. 
          Please ensure that the name of the Conference and the name of the participant are stated on the bank transfer.
          Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source, in addition to the accommodation fees.

  • Commitment – Payment by employer (Israeli participants only – Available if commitment is received by February 4, 2018)
  • The participant needs to complete the on-line Registration & Accommodation Form, and select “Commitment” in the “Payment Method” field. Please check if the VAT number of your institution/company is listed in the PDF file, which will assist you in inserting the VAT number (required field), if payment is done by the institution.  
  • Following the above step, a purchase order from the employer should be sent to:
    Diesenhaus-Unitours, ecfg14-reg@diesenhaus.com or by fax to +972-3-5610152 stating the amount and services covered. A bank transfer should follow.    

Important: Registration will only be confirmed if full payment has been received.

Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Conference Secretariat:

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

  • Cancellations received by December 21, 2017 – full refund less $40 handling fee.
  • Thereafter – no refund
